What is Naturism

What is Naturism

Naturism is a lifestyle choice based on the International Naturist Federation   (INF) definition:

“Naturism is a way of life in harmony with nature, expressed through social nudity, linked to self-respect, tolerance of differing views together with respect for the environment”.

Naturism is a philosophy all of its own. It is characterised by the acceptance of all people, no matter what their body shape, size or colour and by the freedom experienced when the body is exposed to nature’s elements.

This gives a feeling of exhilaration and relaxation that relieves stress and tension.

Most people feel apprehension when appearing naked in front of others for the first time, but after your first naturist experience, you’ll be hooked.
